A proud Newcastle local and dedicated mum of four, Bec brings over eight years of experience in the NDIS space, with a background in management and child services. Passionate about making a difference, she thrives on helping others and seeing the positive impact support can have on people's lives. With a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face, Bec leads Tide Assist with heart, commitment, and a focus on delivering quality, person-centered care. Her greatest reward? Seeing a smile on the faces of those she supports.

Adam Muir

Adam is a dedicated disability support worker, director of Tide Assist, and a proud dad to three boys. With a Cert 5 in Youth Services, he is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Adam’s fun-loving nature and genuine care for people shine through in his work and daily life. When he’s not supporting others, you’ll find him swimming at the beach every day or enjoying a coffee in the sun.
